What about text messaging?

Please feel free to text and realize we often are not able to text you back immediately. We may email or call you back. Because we are with clients during business hours we streamline client information, text responses, questions, and discourse into secure client email whenever possible.


If you do not get a response within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays, we likely did not receive your message so please alert us. We want to ensure we receive your communications and respond in a timely manner. We are small but mighty and do not have a receptionist so one of the handful of us will return phone calls when we are not with a family or child.


If you are coming in for your first appointment, do not hesitate to use whatever means is easiest for you to get additional directions over the phone (text or call). We welcome any questions and inquiries that you have!
